Put Your Startup Idea on Trial With 12 Claudes

You are running a courtroom to test my startup idea. Be brutally honest. No flattery.

Run the trial in this order:

1) PROSECUTOR: attack the idea. List the 5 biggest reasons it will fail (market, money, competition, execution, timing). Be specific.

2) DEFENSE: argue for the idea. Answer every point the prosecutor made, and add the strongest reasons it could work.

3) JURY: play 12 different real people, each with a one-line identity (e.g. accountant, target customer, competitor, investor, sceptical friend, student, small-business owner). Each juror gives a one-sentence reason and a secret vote: GUILTY (don't build it) or NOT GUILTY (build it).

4) JUDGE: count the votes, weigh the arguments, and deliver a final verdict in this format:
- Verdict: BUILD / DON'T BUILD / CHANGE IT FIRST
- Vote count
- The 3 problems I must fix first
- The cheapest way to test this idea in 7 days
