Graphify: Make Your $20 Claude Plan Last Like the $100 One
Every new Claude Code session starts by reading your files again. On a big project that burns thousands of tokens before you even ask your first question, which is why plans run out so fast.
Graphify reads your project once and builds a knowledge graph of it: files, functions and how they connect. Code is parsed locally with tree-sitter, so building the graph costs no tokens for code. After that, Claude reads the graph report and walks the graph instead of opening every file again.
The project's own benchmark measured up to 71.5x fewer tokens per question on a mixed 52-file test. Small projects save much less, and bigger codebases save more. It is free and open source.
Prompts & steps
- Open Graphify on GitHub github.com/Graphify-Labs/graphify
- Install it: uv tool install graphifyy (or: pipx install graphifyy). Note the double y.
- Run: graphify install (on Windows, if Claude Code is not found: graphify install --platform windows)
- Open Claude Code in your project and type: /graphify .
- It writes graphify-out/ with GRAPH_REPORT.md, graph.json and graph.html. From now on Claude uses the graph instead of re-reading files
