OpenJarvis: Your Own Free Jarvis, Installed by Claude Code
Tony Stark needed a billion dollars for his Jarvis. OpenJarvis is free. It was built by researchers at Stanford (Hazy Research and the Scaling Intelligence Lab), it is open source under the Apache 2.0 license, and it runs locally on your own computer, with no subscription.
Connect your Gmail and Google Calendar and it goes through them for you. Its morning digest tells you what actually needs you today, and it can read that briefing to you out loud.
You don't need to code. Paste the GitHub link into Claude Code, say "install this for me", and Claude does the setup. It uses a local model through Ollama, so a reasonably modern computer helps.
